My prediction: The TVA that takes Wade is not the real TVA. Think about it. The Thor scene is possibly photoshopped to convince Wade to be on their side. Could be a rogue group working with Renslayer and that could be why we see Deadpool fighting TVA agents in the void because he realized he was being tricked.

Here's my question: if there's mind control that affects secret service in the footage, regardless of the circuitous plan, then an antagonist must have access to that tech or power and "something, something hydra" is a bit of a hand wave. 2:04, If anything, it could just be a joke of a possible reality where a version of Thor and Wade were friends (with how goofy Thor has been portrayed, it’s not hard to believe some version of him would befriend a lunatic like Wade) or on the other hand, whatever potential future this is (if it is even real) has Thor befriend Wade only for Wade to seemingly die, triggering Thor’s grief issues (which would admittedly be a cheap joke at the cost of character regression) argument, only for Wade to be revived by his regeneration.
