Here are some thoughts I've had on dealing with burnout. I recommend looking for professionally licensed therapists for help. This video is simply a way of venting and talking about what I've been going through and feeling while going through burnout. I definitely feel blessed to be in a position that it's not crippling me from work or other duties in my life.
