I hate how the audience ASSUMES that they got it from unprotected sex. That's not the only way to get HIV. You don't know ANY of these people's stories.

She said it’s her fault because if Gwen didn’t stuck a hanger in her vagina tryna abort a baby she wouldn’t need a blood transfusion so technically it is her fault

It's like "if you didn't try to abort your baby your wouldn't have put your self in a situation where you needed blood" but know one kno s why Gwen wanted to abort her baby. The lady just wanted to judge her.. alot of women think they are better than other women

Gwen was deeply disturbed. Holy hell. She fronts like she's unbothered and cold hearted, but she's easily a thousand kinds of traumatized.

Gwen, very traumatized. So sad. Strangely, this anger was very common in the 80s, 90s. HIV was really a death sentence back then. Fast fwd to today, it is a managed condition.

630,000 people died in 2022 from HIV/AIDS. It's a managed condition if you have access to treatment.

We’ve come along way with HIV treatment today but this was the 90s so I wonder if any of these people are alive today

Gwen is not alive and she did pass away. You can find the second segment of this episode and if you read the comments her child stated that she consumed Crack for 20 years also.

Infecting other ppl chic they got infected what if it wasn't on purpose and the person they got off from didn't kno they had it, why are they assuming that?!! Why do we need the slave master's God? He's allegedly the creator of ALL, including HIV and cancer. Lastly, scientists created PrEP and there are a host of other treatments available now.
