Always liked Dean Martin, I remember his show from when I was a kid. I could never get over how he looked like he was always drunk, but always sang and performed like a boss.

Especially in this time of fake computer generated music. No one knows how make music anymore, let alone write it & sing it. All of it's fake now that's why people who love good/great music listens to the real stuff. Our grandparents & great grandparents knew how to make music & not always with instruments.

What an amazing talent and such a handsome sexy man. His voice like no other . Dean also was a great actor . Read from books he would preform "take one" and done. Very humble but knew he was that good. Love him. RIP

Because Elvis knew Dean was amazingly great especially in how he sang & would hit certain notes. Dean carried off different styles of music when he sang it his way.

@@dragons8822 It's just speculation but I think Elvis envied Dean's easygoing personality and casual mindset, things Elvis lacked. As much as I enjoy Dean's songs very much, as a singer he had a small range and little power. What he had was style and great interpretation of lyrics.

I was born 16 days after Dean sang this version , Even though its a Ray Charles song I think Dean sang it better, Elvis sang it but always seem to muck around with it but with Dino this is pure magic and the guy could sing

Tom may be good but he's Not good enough to be in with Dean & Elvis but Elvis when he was singing good music. No one comes close to him for Gospel, he was amazing !

Wow! Yeah! Great to see this comment! Well ... I always edorded Dean Martin ... Elvis Presley - The Master Of The Universe - for ever and all times and all milky white ways! Same to me: Elvis - .... then a little space :-) Dean Martin ... then Tom Jones! And: Elvis goofed araound at rehearsal for Vegas Summer 1970 ... but listen ... Elvis sat down live then at the piano and did 2 lines of CRYING TIME ... with his serious bluesy voice ... wanted to hear Tom Jones doing this song ... back to Dino: After Elvis he ist quite same totally cool, relaxed and just talented to do every kind of live performance situation! Dino version - same couch (!) in the tv-studio of FOR THE GOOD TIMES is heartbreakingly! And imagine ... Tom Jones was so good with The King! And ... no wonder really, that Elvis loved Dean Martin and Dean Martin loved Elvis! ❤❤❤
