The common mistake that every student does is just thinking that they need to take tuition, but whatever you do is useless if you don't start giving time to English. You guys have to start thinking in English and practice it in everyday life, and you also have to start watching content in English. I watch English videos the most and then Hindi and Bangla seldomly. I myself am a polyglot and can speak three languages, such as English,Bangla and Hindi, although I can't write Hindi since I'm from Bangladesh. Eventually you need watch more English content with subtitles, and watch the videos of those niches you like. For instance, if you like gaming videos, watch gaming videos in English. I also didn't have enough friends to whom I could talk, but I then started making friends online and they now are my daily life English partners. This is all I had, to say.
