We traveled to the Red River Gorge. Though it is a beautiful place, there have been many deaths there. Travel with me as I share some of these stories.

One year we were cutting brand-new public trails 94'. Three of us fell through a cliffside thicket falling about seven or eight stories down! We had blood is coming out of some of our ears & the whole thing! Luckily we fell into the equally thick round patch but this was negligible at best but life-saving

I am a ghost. I visited the Red River Gorge in May, and obviously died on the trail. No one makes it out of the Gorge alive. Muhuhahaha. 🤣

I was there camping way way back in the woods in Sept 2019 when a huge storm and flash flood happened, we had to abandon a lot of gear and make an emergency exit through non trails due to our trail was underwater and collapsing, it was on Eagles Nest Trail. We have also walked past copperheads hiking in the dark, it can be a deadly place for sure!

@Jerrica Blair you are correct. I grew up the next county over and was always hiking and camping in gorge and still do. I've only heard it pronounced as nod-duh by any locals.

The video is correct. The tunnel was built by the Dana Logging Company and they named the tunnel Nada (Dana backwards... kinda)
