You can't get to heaven by your good deeds (including water baptism), only by believing on the Lord Jesus Christ. Call upon the name of the Lord and confess to Him that you believe on Him that he is who he is and did what He did (God manifest in the flesh, the only begotten Son of God, the only sinless man born of the virgin Mary who paid for all your sins on the cross with his own blood) and accept his sacrifice and payment for your sins with his own blood.
