This video is Part 2 of the Death Valley 2022 visit to Cerro Gordo with the KTM 790 Adventure R. This video has only riding footage, with a few explanations here and there (text only). There is no narration, no music, only motorcycle riding, from rider's point of view footage.
I segmented the video so you can only watch the roads you are interested in learning about. The best segment in my opinion is the ride on White Mountain Talc Road. It is a great and fun road for adventure motorcycles, and the landscape, especially at the first half of it, with the joshua trees, is phenomenal.
All segments involve great views and great roads. Perhaps the most important segment is the ride back from the Cerro Gordo, when I went to the road on the east side of town, which is steeper, and more technical. It is important to pay attention to its challenges, especially if you are planning on going up to Cerro Gordo via that road.
For more information on these roads I recommend you watch the Part 1 video, where I explain in detail the road conditions.
And remember, road conditions change from year to year, from season to season. So please, don't rely on this information only to make your route decisions.
