I own a hardwood floor company and I’ve trained many employees after they learn the skill they go off in the world and try to start their own business. I encourage them. I think every person in our free country should take the opportunity to be a business owner and venture out on their own unfortunately they all failed, but that’s beside the point.

Apparently the BBQ dispute taught me something, the guy that claimed his stuff was stolen isn’t doing very good at his own restaurant because he’s got all that time to cause a ruckus instead of tending to his own place? And if you think that your recipe is “special” don’t make it “special” if you are the only person that calls it “special”
