this exactly!!! like i think a part of her loved them, but that doesn’t negate anything. the few good times do not negate the bad times. and it’s so sad for children, especially nia, trying to respectfully explain to abby that her words have hurt them deeply and she has zero remorse. she will never take accountability and it’s sad.

Legit never understood why Abby was so angry and upset with the meet and greets with Chloe and the hylands yet that’s all she did in s5 and that’s what the moms complained the most about. She seems to have a hard time retaining information especially when it’s pointing out her hypocrisy.

Unfortunately there are people out there that just have no self awareness and are almost like delusional about the truth in their favor. It's a psychological thing. Abby showcases this tremendously. These people are actually convinced of what they are saying. I steer clear from these type of people as they are incredibly disingenuous, and its like you cant trust anything they say. Sorry for the rant but I have had friends like this were I just had to end the friendship because I strongly dislike dishonest and non genuine people lol abby strikes a nerve in me. But at least tons of people can see it on display as abby is exposing herself

Just need to refer to her Rosie O’Donnell interview, admitting due to the contract, she could make Christie and Chloe a then minor , make their life’s hell😮 Also in season 8 , the beast admitted she never wanted Chloe to win. It also admitted Maddie was taken out of school to learn her dances, debunking Melissa and the beast, full faced lies. I am shocked child protection services were never called in, or cps did not step in and intervene. In my eyes she her behaviour equate to that of a child abuser.

Abby criticizing Christi and Chloe for the meet and greets adds yet another extra layer of how despicable Abby is because she would bring up how “poor” Christi was and how she couldn’t pay her bills at the studio constantly throughout season 1, yet then Abby turns around and gets pissed that they’re making a little bit of extra money? Hmm maybe they started doing that because you were shaming them on national television and talking trash about their finances on camera. God Abby is the absolute worst.

My favorite bits are when the guests on her podcast debunk her in a calm, nonchalant manner. You can hear how Abby is trying to swing the pedestal underneath herself and the response just being like.... "nah". Aandd that's it. And then Abby just kind of pause like she isn't sure what to say or do. LoL. She planned for the chaos and ended up drowning in the calm.

Theres one part of one of her podcast episodes where Abby says that one time Kelly supposedly called one of the children ugly (i think before the show) and Abby claims that this is why one of her best friends who was also her staff quit the studio. Yet Abby has said way more horrible things about her own students. She called them fat, and made fun of their looks all the time. So its ridiculous for Abby to claim that someone quit because of Kelly when Abby herself was so much worse.

Yeah, I don’t think Kelly calling a child ugly happened. Kelly and Christie did talk about it. I one of their episodes on their podcast Back to the Barre and Kelly said that was never true that her employee was her best friend. Christie also backed her up and said she sat with her for years they said that it wasn’t true basically.

That is a really good point. However, i was interested mostly because of the fiasco where the judge was running away from her, and wouldn't let her see the score sheets, even though the same judge had let Abby see them before. @@marilyn1984

I'm not a dancer. What I have seen dancers say is that competition dance is very different to dances that are done for concerts, music videos etc. Laurieann doesn't have competition dance experience so didn't know that a dance needs to have XYZ in it to demonstrate their skills so that they get the difficulty points (kind of why Abby's dances for the girls ended up being so same same, she knew which steps/skills got points and just made sure they were in every dance so that the girls could learn them with the quick turn around. Interestingly Chloe said that contributed to forgetting dances as you were trying to remember which order the same 8 count was in this week)

I will never like or trust Abby. I used to think some of the things she said were taken out of context. I always tell my family “it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it”. The fact that Abby brags about making a kid cry within 30 seconds proves that she is an “evil monstrosity”. You would think that prison may have given her a new outlook on life.

Chloe, Paige, Nia, Jojo....Paige is very independent now, Abby drove her to a break down, and Kelly wanted fairness for her and not abuse. Abby is jealous of Chloe. She had always been jealous of Kelly. Melissa was in a bad marriage that ended, and very vulnerable. Abby took over her children, put Melissa in her debt. Abby is narcissistic abuser.

Also the guy co-host “supposedly a dance moms expert or super fan” GETS ON MY NERVES! He annoys me so much and in so many episodes he butts in and interrupts when he’s not even involved in the conversation and it annoys me so much! And it also annoys me how whenever a guest is on the podcast they’ll just agree with whatever Abby says even if they don’t agree with it when they aren’t recording with her.

Abby has been a narcissist & manipulator from day ONE. Rewatching season 1 is kinda tough because it's a lot more subtle, but as someone with a narcissistic grandma, believe me when I say aalllll the manipulation tactics, the lies, the contradictions & hypocricy were already there.

I think Abby is a very good technique teacher and choreographer. However, she is very mean with her students. She might have kids on Broadway, so many “contacts” on the dance world, but she really screw those kids; I mean, they still have trauma for dance moms, Chloe herself opened up about how hard was for her to find love for dance again. I wish one day they all can heal.

She is very clearly just trying the same BS one more time to try and have a career. She’s lying through her teeth to try and get people back on her side, as if there isn’t video evidence of the things she has done. If she really wanted to do damage control she should have just opened up about all the bad things she’s done and truly apologize. I’m not saying everyone would forgive her, but her odds of having any shot at coming back would be much higher if she would just own up to her actions, apologize, and genuinely try and be a better person. But instead she is once again proving that she is incapable of doing so and so instead she’s going to rehash drama she had with 13 year olds 10+ years ago even after those former students have made it more than clear they want nothing to do with her and wish she would just stop talking about them.

i’m so glad you made this video. there are way too many people who still believe everything abby says and it’s so unfortunate because as christy and kelly say, she paints whatever narrative she wants and people still somehow believe her even with all the contrary evidence. i listen to her podcast once in a while and one thing i find funny is that the only time she ever says anything positive about the girls or the show is when michael asks a specifically positive question for abby to give a positive answer to. also, she cannot go a single minute without making EVERY topic about her. anything bad anyone has gone through, she’s been through worse. anything anyone has done is because she taught them. anything anyone has gotten is because she taught them how to get it. the narcissism is never ending and sometimes i can’t bear it truly

I would like to point out that her co host is very messy and petty. I often skip what he says because he is just agreeing and pleasing Abby instead of asking the real questions and pressing Abby on her past and present actions. I usually listen to hear Abby’s take but it just ends up being an agree with Abby while also dragging the girls who were children when these episodes were filmed. What grown adults sit on a podcast and dog out children who were still growing physically, mentally, and emotionally: gives bitter and jealous. Even with a stressful schedule. I see why her Mad House show has older dancers instead of younger. Just very contradicting. Rant over.

Can you please do a video on Maddie's favoritism? Because, I feel like Maddie doesn't fully understand how the relationships with these older women are so toxic and unhealthy. Yes, she got away from Abby, but I feel like history is repeating with Sia. And so many questions are unanswered. How did Maddie really feel about the favoritism and rivalry? Was she ever mad at her mom for putting her with these random women? And what is Sia really like behind closed doors? And overall, does she think her mother is a weak parent and a bad friend towards the moms?
