@@UniverseofKeys I hope this isn't just too much of a question, but I am really struggling to understand how the percussion works with the multiple sets of drawbars and the "split" function. The CX-3 really does a great job of functioning like the real B3 your videos about, but I'm confused about which set of drawbars to use for what. I have 2 different drawbar sets and one of them is "EX DRAWBAR" and "EX PERCUSSION" with a button for "EX MODE". what is all this and how is it used?

@@MrRossharrell Sorry I am just getting to this now. On the B3 the percussion only works on the top manual. Thats why you often see players doing there solo lines on the top manual. When I was using my CX3 on tour I would really only use one set and simply turn the percussion on when I wanted to solo or to have a line "stand out" w the percussion. Sometimes it is good so you can set up two different sounds or "scenes" that you can switch between. I am pretty used to the drawbars and can quickly change sounds so I would really stick to one. The other reason that there is two sets of drawbars on the CX3 is because you could midi it to any other keyboard and you would have two manuals like a b3. For instance you could buy a cheap 61 note m audio keyboard and place it underneath the CX3 and it would become a full on double manual organ with each set of keys having its own poprietary set of 9 drawbars. I never tried this but I am under the impression that it can be done! Hope this makes sense!!

@@UniverseofKeys That makes a lot of sense- I will stick to the one going through your course! I just did a recording live having to get my wife to operate the drawbars and rotary to build energy through the song (thats why I got the CX3). I've been working on producing this songwriter's song for a month and the only thing everyone is agreeing on is that the organ part is awesome. Do you take demo submissions and comment on arranging key parts for original songs? Also, first time I took my CX3 to a rehearsal I got a request for "One Headlight" organ and that took me down a cool path.
