The best way to keep a caravan or motorhome in good condition is to use it all year round 😃 It’s also good for the caravan owner too 👍🏻😉 Trev

I was feeling the cold just watching 😂 the only thing we do is drain down,remove food and everything eles just stays put. Can't believe how fast this season as gone x

Hi Graham, hope you are enjoying retirement. I just try and do what I want to do, wish I had more time for the YT stuff but don't seem to these days. Role on retirement then I can do a vlog a day! Cheers

Hi Martin, We never do anything to the van over winter, but we do try to us it all year round and so far, never had a problem. Merry Christmas

Nowt better than doing nowt Martin ! 😂 Only other thing I do is blow the residual water out with home made pump thing which does the same as the flojet doodah but cost nowt … Got over a litre of water out of system - just as well given the recent freeze Cheers Martin for good vlogs as ever👍🏻

Hi Howard They are hopefully designed to withstand the elements! I might try to make my own pump to get rid of any water, mind you, I’ve been saying that for about 6 years! Cheers

Hi Martin I’m hopefully getting mine back to storage I’ve been waiting to wash it but it’s been frozen! I’ll be putting my cover on and I’m away in Feb too. Best wishes, is it too early to Wish you Happy Christmas? Well I’ve done it now 😂😁👍

Hi Colin, yep it's gone a bit cold for washing the van. I ripped my cover a couple of years ago getting it off the van. Soon be February! Marry Christmas to you and yours, cheers

If you are changing the drain valve have you considered using the Tuma frost protection control valve, auto dumps when temp is 3 deg, like a fail safe system

I'll follow your Lead. Unfortunately I don't have solar panel, so will need to remove battery 😢

I put the solar panel on as I kept getting grief for a leisure battery being in the utility room! 🤣 cheers
