Pushing this party on wheels is a man with a fancy haircut, sporty sunglasses, and a microphone. Meet DJ Decimal, real name Kyagwa Ronald, a 26 year old self-taught DJ and producer. Director Marion Desmaret shares the story of Uganda's DJ Decimal in the latest episode of our Off the Map documentary series.
