I noticed that, by the fact that some bins were already labelled, some contents must already have been gone through. Still, this time around, you managed to declutter more. This is my experience of decluttering. Each time I go through stuff I manage to let go of something else. I think it's about letting decisions marinade a little.

It might help to have your urine checked out by your urologist--I found out that I have hypercalcuria, meaning that I have too much calcium in my urine and calcium binds with sodium to make stones. This is helpful because I learned I need to drink a lot of water and lower sodium intake to reduce kidney stone production. Prayers, girly!

It's great how you can look through sentimental bins! Some time ago you wouldn't even be able to open them!! Now it helps a lot to be able to declutter some stuff and lable, so when you come back again you have less work and less decision fatigue!!

I am so sorry you are dealing with kidney stones. I went through the same surgery . My kidney stone was large. But, it was soft. So, they went in through my back. Then took air and broke it up. I had the tube in my back too. I have no idea how many I have passed. Now they're 3 that embedded in the wall of my kidney. I will pray for you. And, ask God to be with you. To keep them kidney stones away. Keep your Faith. God is the Great Physician. Take care of yourself.

Catching up on your videos, as I am going to start on my second storage locker soon. My mom had lithotripsy wayyyy back when they started using it, and found it pretty easy to recover. Keeping good thoughts for you and your health. Appreciate your good spirits so much.

If I can give some tips for the future as a fellow kidney stone sufferer. Please get checked for gout. It seems for some reason these two illnesses go hand in hand often. Also the food we consume a lot of time processed foods and especially chocolate and even some healthy groceries like broccoli are all stone forming foods. Because there is different type of chemical components in stones this will give a clue to what types of foods to avoid. Also lemon water and lots of water in general is more important than anything. It's not a cure but definitely something to think about in terms of maintainig an alkaline environment and making it very hard for new stones to form due to constant flushing of concrements. I have quite an experience with stones every since I was 14.

Hey late daignosed autistic person here... I just want you to consider maybe that you not only have adhd. could it possibly be AuDHD? I just throw this in bc i watch yur chanell a lot and now a good time and i thought often to myself: mhm... sounds familiar. Looks familiar... i dont want to insult or anything. But as you self probably know a diagnosis is oftentimes also a blessing bc when you know you know. right? also i think its not a bad thing to have autism. ok. i hope you aint mad or something. maybe its not the case, i dont know. but i thought sometimes its the hint which keeps us going. good luck for your procedure too.

Have you considered seeing a therapist about your hoarding. A professional may be able to help you to getting rid of all the childhood toys you have kept for so long. Holding on to so much of your childhood when it was so unpleasant can not be helping you in your healing from hoarding. My hope and my prayer is that one day you will be free of the demons that keep you from feeling that it is important to keep so much stuff. Good luck!
