Declutter my entire wardrobe with me! I am decluttering my closet to curate a minimal wardrobe of exactly what I wear and love. It has been difficult over the past 7 years to curate my idea of the perfect wardrobe, because I have been pregnant and postpartum 4 times. Now that I have had my last baby, I am focusing on FINALLY working toward curating a simple, minimal wardrobe that I absolutely love!
After going through all of my clothes, outer wear and shoes, I can say that I am almost there! I now know exactly what I have, and the few pieces that I still want to add to my wardrobe for the upcoming spring/summer months.

Wow, I thought I was minimal. I think you hardly have any clothes. But really we only need an outfit a day. Its refreshing!

I don’t have much, that’s true! Lol but because my body has changed post-partum so many times I do have to now invest in a few more pieces :)

New subscriber here! I just came across your channel and watched a few videos. I am really enjoying following your minimal/decluttering journey. The more formal dress is so beautiful! Did you end up listing your house? Will you still continue your Declutter Diaries series? Also, what is the brand of your winter/snow boots, I really like them! You have inspired me to go through my clothes, too! I have three young boys, and somehow our belongings have started to pile up over the past few years! I am slowly working on trying to go through everything and create more space in our home for more peace.

Thank you for being here! 😊 we actually haven’t listed yet. The urgency to sell is no longer here right now because circumstances have changed, so it’s temporarily on hold! Lol although I may still pick up the series again if we end up having to sell in the near future. The boots are Sorel! Honestly, I feel like the season of life with young kids is really where, as mothers, we need simplicity more than ever ♥️

Thank you, this was very clear and easy to understand video. I have more clothes than you, but Im hoping to declutter soon when the cold winter ends and I can wear warmer clothing.

I live in Ontario Canada as well. I have 17 tote boxes for my entire apartment and I've had the same number for 23 years (on my own since then) I've also helped two nephews full-time it works well for us. Can I bring this up is because I have a lot of baskets and bins for things which I've had for 23 years way before. That's what works for me due to balance issues and stuff kids can find stuff no problem especially in the closets. I also have 12 pairs of anything. You can have four seasons in one day. Tend to move every year/year a half due to circumstances and it depends on whether or not that unit has a washer and dryer or if I have to go and do laundry elsewhere because of my disability and the weather it's better to have a little bit more of everything in terms of clothes than not. I normally don't change size so unless they have holes or randomly just don't fit because it's shrunk or something. You did a really good job of going through things.

Another fellow Ontarian here.🇨🇦 I’m subscribing to your channel. I’m always looking for motivation and inspiration. I need to declutter desperately.😩 I also have a small channel that’s more of a luxury and contemporary bag channel. It’s not about minimalism or decluttering but it’s my only vice where I allow myself to keep the bags I love. If you ever pop by I’d be happy to see you there. I’ve been on a hiatus but am motivated to start up again.
