This looks like a fantastic product, very affordable and way cheaper than Negear's equivalent Orbi. Such as shame though that the router didn't have just one 2.5gb ethernet port. Would probably only increase the price of the product by $10 but would future proof the device for a good 5 years minimum.

did you keep one of the devices connected to the router or is router I. one room and the 2 aex5400 in other rooms

I have the 2 pack version of the tplink deco xe75 pro when I setup the first deco xe75 pro in access point mode and is plugged into my main router when i plug in power on the second xe75 pro it auto pairs to the main deco xe75 pro because both show green but first node shows in deco app but second xe 75 dose not show in app

Couple of questions so please forgive me in advance..but could I plug this into my old wifi router and use that 5ghz as the guest network as others said you can't do that on the Deco? I can grab another TP-Link switch but just was curious. Or can you use a switch first then use the old wifi for a guest and these? My smart bulbs and plugs are having an issue with the 2.4ghz and my wife is having issue with the current 5ghz so thought I'd switch to this. However most other things aren't having an issue with the 5ghz on the old Linksys and I'd leave it as the guest network.

Where is the isp and other setting???

I didn’t change the isp settings and it’s working perfectly. I read where it isp dynamic something and left it as it was and moved on. It connected without issues. Is that ISP settings needed to be customized?

Can the second one be conn3cted via Ethernet to a docking station?

Im trying to move my wifi to this router but before that can i ask you a few questions can i configure the router without an account i don’t see the need to have a tplink account for that also can I completely disconnected 2.4 ghz band Thanks in advance

You completely lost me at 5-50. No idea how you programmed your system. I could not get my set-up to work. So, just returned it to Amazon. Not easy.
