Having worked in the beauty industry you have explained perfectly what really happens! I was your neighbour in the kings Road and you the number 3 guy who I can’t remember the name, and I believe her name was Sophie were always so so lovely but I actually stopped going in as the rest of the team were so unfriendly. Definitely mean girl vibes, and I was a purchasing customer. Best of luck in Singapore 😊
