The Mom and Dad should never allowed the kids to have food and drinks in the car after the first time it got trashed. The kids riding around in that filth and massive germs was so unhealthy for them and the parents. Hopefully it will never get like that again. But I won't hold my breath. I had 3 kiddos in 3 1/2 years. I can totally relate to this. BUT - from a very early age, when we arrived home and before they exited the car - I asked each one of them to pick up and bring as much as they could with them. It may not seem like a big deal, but it kept our cars manageable. My kids are adults now, but I see they still practice this when they exit their own vehicles now.

However, a thorough clean can be the basis for a more regular cleaning schedule by the owners themselves. Of course that would be far less 'detailed' than what was shown in this video, but would prevent the car becoming as dirty as it was before the detailing.

By that rationale people should live like pigs, take no pride in their personal standards, teach their kids to live like slobs also and create unsanitary living conditions for their children just so that other people can be entertained. Now what he did for them was good because he sees it as a problem and attempts to right it, and bring order to chaos. However it is an "ambulance at the bottom of the cliff" type solution though but it is what it is. But I guarantee if he had the choice of anything that he could do in life he wouldn't have chosen first and foremost cleaning up other peoples mess because their to lazy to do so themselves.

This is a level of neglect that makes me wonder if they ever even changed the oil on the thing. It seems like literally no thought whatsoever has gone into trying to maintain this vehicle.

Yes this is most of the time a fact about these detail jobs. When you hope or expect that it will stay that way for a while after u let it go, that's when you have lost :). That dirt isn't getting in there by itself, it's a matter of habit. It's gonan be back (to similar state) :) For sure.

most of our cars get messy to some degree, but this is just insane! I lose my mind after just a day or two with loose paper’s and misc. stuff on my floor. I’m sure it could affect self esteem as-well. Hope they took this clean slate and ran with it!

Reminds me of my family 😢 our vehicle was always like this and the house is STILL a always like this. That’s what happens when you have 9 kids and both parents don’t clean so they didn’t teach us kids. Luckily I started cleaning houses in middle school and I learned what clean REALLY looked and felt like. I love having a clean space! I don’t know how they still live like that but when we have kids visiting will be hard because of all the choking hazards and tool’s everywhere
