Wow. That is amazing. Great video thank you! 🙏❤ This surely has to be really sore after the surgery though? And does that mean that you sew the ligaments together = ie to themselves or do you stich them onto something else? How long does it take before things don't hurt? So many questions, lol.

Louise, you should go for a consultation. The staff at the Williams Center are super nice and professional. Of course any surgery, but especially facial surgery, will involve pain afterwards but hopefully they provide painkillers stronger than Tylenol to get their patients through the worst of it. The end results will undoubtedly be worth it.

1 - 3:42 the ligaments attach the smas to the actual bone? or is that something still between the smas and some another layer below it and not the bone yet? so does this basically reposition some of the anchor points of our smiling and snearing muscles too and even the mouth corners? as those muscles are within the smas if i understand. 2 - also if my deep 0.5cm nasolabial crease (one side only, caused by side sleeping) disappears when i pull the skin near the ear by like 1.5-2cm, does that mean it will be possible to get rid of the nasolabial without releasing the ligaments and just doing normal smas? is there a limit on how much smas can be cut off near the ear to do the tightening?

@@Sparkle835 minimal, pain meds for 2 days, after - only at night. Most pain was from staples in the scalp and sutures behind ears at night when the head touches the pillow
