All of these sets are great. I really like the variety you offer and each one has a unique soul to it. Another channel turned me onto dub techno; but this is the one I look forward to most now. Keep up the great work.

Thanks for this. Long story short, I am a former semi-pro classical musician hard at work on my second album. I was really struggling with it for a long time, also taking comp class through MIT. I was really happy to discover these sets, after a long search I'm "all-in" on this genre. In the near future I plan to train with Deepbass and my album is going to be this genre, apparently it is "hypnotic techno". Now all I need is a new computer and Ableton, but I do plan to release about March of 2024. I have a DAW but it's not that great for techno. I just wanted to let you know, your great picks created another hypnotic techno artist.

thank you and good look. if you looking for good sounding software synth. i highly recomend the u-he stuff. specially repro1 and diva. they are by far the best emulation imo and the sound is a level above other soft synths. also the zebra2, a dream for sound designer. but ofc, good hardware always wins

All your sets are nice, but as you call "deep progressive techno" is a mistake- it's called simply- hypnotic techno ;)

Thanks for this I have started to get more hits on web searches for more of it. It does seem a lot like ambient or dub techno, but it moves better. The artists are pretty low-key and not always easy to find.....I'm going to say that it is different enough from ambient or dub to be a separate sub-genre. I hope it gets bigger, I hear these days lots of people are into Tech-House, but I definitely like this hypnotic better.
