A 10-hour relaxing ambient track combined with low delta wave isochronic tones and amplitude entrainment effects. Designed to help induce a deeper and more restful sleep by increasing the amount of low delta brainwave activity you produce while sleeping.
The video features a subtle northern lights scene which gradually fades down to 50% at the 5 minute mark. Then it goes down to and stays at 40% while you sleep, to keep the room dark. Then in the last 10 minutes of the video, the visuals gradually come back up to 100% opacity.

How this sleep track works
This deep sleep music track has been embedded with isochronic tones. The tones beat at a rate of 1Hz to 1.25Hz in low delta, which is what your brainwave activity produces when in a deep sleep state.
In addition to the relaxing music soundtrack, this track also contains isochronic tones and amplitude entrainment effects embedded into the music. Amplitude entrainment involves a process of distorting the sound to produce vibrations, which vibrate in unison with the frequency of the brainwave entrainment session. These vibrations can sound very hypnotic, making them very effective and ideal for a sleep track like this one.
Isochronic tones produce a stronger and more powerful brainwave entrainment effect, compared to binaural beats sleep music tracks or standard music.

​ Jason, I love your Bull study mix, and I have ADHD so I listen to pretty much everything that you put out. That Bull mix was something special - classical plus bass drops and a good continuous energy boost. Would you consider making another one with a similar combo? It's gotten me through several exams and the spring semester starts Jan 22 and I am terrified of Chemistry. I'm subscribed and get notifications. I love classical and dubstep and that one particular mix I've listened to enough times that I don't want to burn out! 😅

When I post shorter tracks I regularly get people requesting longer versions. I think some people like to ensure that’s it’s longer than they need. Plus they may also like to continue listening while they are having a lie in.

I don't know about others, but I wake up or start having restless sleep if it stops too early. So I am one of the people who appreciates the length. I have PTSD and ADHD so easy sleep without anxious dreams or nightmares is a goal I chase. Jason's creations make my life easier.

I work on an Ambulance for 48 hours. Then 48 off. Then three days on and three days off. I most definitely will sleep for ten hours when I first get home. And the short ones make me wonder if it's about to end if I wake up. I sleep so good that I don't even move with these long ones.
