A great training day in Siegburg in the dive4life diving tower. To experience the freefall a bit more extreme, we attached 8 kg of lead. At the same time the pressure compensation should be reliable. Also the first time to see are 20m deep without fins. At that time a challenge, now it's easy :-)

Üben mit 8 KG Gewicht für einen amtlichen freien Fall schon ab geringer Tiefe. Auch ohne Flossen und ohne Seil. Wirklich abgefahren! Aber auch nur dank des sicheren Raumes mit Seil und guten Tauchbuddys.

I dont know the english word but you can by closing the nose with your fingers and trying to breath out trough your nose get the preasure away 😄 sorry if some mistakes dont know the words i need to say it right

Could be vertigo. I see many scuba divers suffer from it diving in clear, deep waters for the first time.

dfhdhdf hdfhfhdf Here is my experience. I was hiking with my family last year. I found a water pool in a valley. I am ok when I stood on a big rock and look down to the pool. I can see the bottom though the water and it seems not very deep. Then....creepy thing is. I throw a stone into the water. It took about 3~4 second to sink to the bottom and finally I could not spot the stone ever. Suddenly my legs felt powerless and start shaking. I had to step back. I am confused. I can swim, but I felt frightening at that moment.

Before the dive he relaxes his whole body as much as possible since then his body needs less oxygen but obviously it takes a lot of training to be able to hold your brethe for such a long time

I have a question for you do you ever get scared doing this like do you worry that you'll run out of breath I just wanted to know because I would use an oxygen tank to do any of the deep outrageous pools

that's hard to explain. As a freeriver you learn to live with the breath reflex. When the air runs out, you always have a trained diving partner nearby who knows what to do.

This video is a montage. Check when he is descending he has weights and carry them with a belt (looks like 8 kilos)...you can see them at 00:42....then he keeps descending and at 01:15 he doesnt have them anymore. It would makes sense to remove the belt when you ascend but not when you keep descending.

I remember I would swim to the deepest of my aunt’s pool and I would pretend to be a mermaid with my best friend and my younger brother. Sometimes we would pretend we were in Pokémon searching for water type Pokémon’s. I miss being in the waters :(. The last time I was, was at the beach back in April this year. I got stung by a stingray.

Ich nehme mal an als untrainierter Taucher darf man da nicht bis ganz unten tauchen? Wenn doch, könnte das nächste Problem sein dass meine beste Zeit beim Luftanhalten bei etwa 1:40 lag, inklusive erst alles ausatmen und DANN tief einatmen und Luftanhalten. Und das war außerdem ohne jegliche Aktivität.

Du brauchst auf jeden Fall ein brevet (tauchlizenz) und eine tauchtauglichkeitsbestätigung vom Arzt. Können tut das fast jeder!

Durch training da kann man sich recht schnell steigern. Mein rekord kiegt bei 3.40min (und ich bin kein Apnoe Taucher) ;)

Some people do have issues with it. You might want to look into alternatives. Water ear plugs and goggles with built in ear protection. Not so sure how safe the ear plugs are, but a friend of mine used a combination of both to his liking. Also, you should try equalizing more frequently and decende slower. If you equalize too late you will have an issue with the pressure and it will be uncomfortable.

Thankyou o wise youtube expert where would we be without people like you. All pools grow algae that's why they are cleaned by machines usually, this is a big pool, algae is fine so who gives a fuck.
