a friend of mine i play with rolled felinor on multiple slots back to back, and even when he tried rerolling a slot that wasnt a felinor, he got a felinor again. i think some people are just cursed with getting felinor

While you do need exp to level up with autodidact, i never really encounter the 0 investment point thing. Like, ever. It just makes my progression slightly faster, and as a person who dies a lot that’s pretty helpful.

I’d disagree with adret, right, the extra point is really good and comes in clutch when you are on stained health, and can’t use books to level up, or dumbells etc etc, and they are also good for depths farming with the +2 willpower off the bat, and amazing for vistion shaper with the +2 charisma, and look really drippy with all their variants

I'm a level 30 capra (somewhere around there) and I too have yet to see any capra's at all. I have a feeling that anyone who actually got capra was just way too rich for this game and quit when they died to erisia bandits.

@@silent738 - Same I used to in the beginning because I stayed at Erisia for way too long. But I haven't seen the "investment points 0" thing ever since I've gone to Song to farm when I hit level 5. Autodidact + Adret is the fastest for 1-40. I tried it same strategy 2 races. Adret with Auto and Ganymede. I shit you not it took me maybe 2-3x as long to level 1-40 on my Ganymede as it took my Adret and you'd probably think "Oh but after level 40 it was much slower for your Adret." Nope, the speed was literally the same and I think that I got the "training" message probably one level earlier than my Ganymede. Adret + Autodidact is only useful: 1) If you want to blow through the early 1-40 levels super fucking quick. 2) You want to allocate points a little easier. It makes shit like 100 intelligence way less cancer to do.

@@masterb8er353 it makes leveling up way easier as you only need to use 3 investment points instead of 5, which is useful if your low during ganks, or low in ur trial, etc. also you start off with 2 extra skill points in every stat, def the easiest race for leving for sure

Adret is THE best for early game progression you blow through early levels like crazy as you don't have grind for those extra levels manually not to mention if you do what I do and just leave Erisia at level 5 to go to Min. or song (mostly song) you will always have so much excessive XP that it won't matter by the time Adret really doesn't help you and it'll just be the same speed as literally everyone else by the time you are level 40. Past early game speed it's not THAT good, the only other real benefit being that you can put points into shit without training it. Shit was a blessing when I train intelligence.

Celtor is pretty drippy with its markings but it can work with getting ez iron clads cus its 4.8k for celtors compared to the usual 6k cus of them being merchants or smthn idk

the compass does suck, but gremor stat points are good if anything. the strength eliminates the need to get a dumbbell, and fortitude is annoying

Adret isn’t bad, it only stops at 0 investment point when you use the passive with auto but the passive by itself is really good for faster levels

bro it puts you into xp debt it's literally useless. It stops at 0 investment points then you still need to go get the xp anyway, so why not just go get the xp then use training tools? It makes no difference

@@Petrol_Sniffa because say im going for a heavy build but i cant waste my time cutting down trees for that 10 strengh req and i wanna farm bandit island asap, or im stocking up points and end up with like 40 of them later on, say you wanna lvl up your intel or willpower, you can just go grind aratel or smth for money and gear, while putting the auto points in those stats since the xp debt is shared among all stats, not to mention the biggest advantage, until you hit lvl 35-40 or so, those autodidact points will most of the time lvl you up, and that heal can sometimes save your life. Anyone who dosent realize how efficient autodidact just has small brain

is it bad that i just like races cuz of their style and so i like how the felinor looks? Edit: i’m a canor, do you have any suggestions on how i can “NOT” get ganked or randomly gripped by a level 60 within 2 minutes of playing the game? I usually put my name as “fisher scarsen” and my guild name is “peaceful explorers” and i have about 10k notes spent on rooms and i don’t wanna get rid of it so i don’t have a easy to know that i can easily get gripped guild name. I left when i was out of danger and later i got wiped. This time they were the same people but i told them they look familiar and i told em about what happened last time. They said oh, its you again! And instead of the training montage they killed me in insanity spot. i then got wiped too.)

Adret is actually pretty good since it gives 2 passive boons (Maverick and autodidact) The adret exp buff is noticable at higher levels and is really helpful when paired with maverick Auto didact is meh I only use it when I need to gain a level up and not waste time training, that or I just use both points at level up

tbh gremor is actually better than some races late-early game, you very slowly lose hunger and thrist from campfires or regularly, and the starter stat boosts help your build if ur not gonna put any intelligence/charisma

Gremor litteraly can't starve, you only need water and if you have a full canteen you can farm for a really long time. For flaws take Squeamish and Vegetarian and you have 2 free boons. Also its great for playing attunement less.

i’m a capra that’s not a freshie, i was lucky enough to get it as my first race which is pretty awesome. green variant is my favorite because, sure, it’s the most useless one but it’s funny and drippy. another very funny thing about capra is that, since it’s so rare, most people don’t even know about how capra buffs work. sometimes i buff someone, and when they get confused about the effects i’ll say something like “Oh no, that means a sand knight is about to spawn on you!” lol

autodidact is good! Sure you may get stuck at 0 investment points but if you don’t like training specific stats you can just put your points into it, if you level like normal people do you really won’t encounter many problems

Yk the vesperian armor stacks with your actual armor. The bar depletes with your actual armor. Its not like the natural armor talents which are just armor that you get whenever your armor is broken.

i was unfortunate enough to roll felinor and also unfortunate enough to not know how the reroll system worked when the game first launched so i ended up getting stuck with felinor for my main slot. on the other hand i only use it for meme builds.

I know im kinda late, but as a vesp main, there are 2 kinds of the vesperian The ones that try desperately to not look edgy and as drip as possible And the ones that Just equip Royal pathfinder and a hero sword and call it a day

Gremors eyarge very slowly so if you know what your doing you can just not have to bother with eating food at all which dying of starvation is very easy to do early game also
