Hi my loves, welcome back to my channel! Today’s adventure took me to the stunning slopes of Deer Valley, where I strapped on skis for the very first time. Embracing new experiences as an adult can be both exhilarating and daunting, but this day was all about diving headfirst into the passions that make our hearts sing. I also talk about the journey of how I faced my fears of saying yes to my passions, mainly in my professional life! How I got out of my own way and remembered that nothing is placed on my heart coincidentally! LY all! x

thank you for speaking about staying in the comfort zone because of being scared of making that jump. I find myself in that situation all the time, and I am in one right now again....whether it was staying in a relationship longer than I should've, or also wanting to start a KZfaq channel and vlog , changing jobs, moving across the world... thank you for talking about this! Ow Sami, this message hits hard! Literally I feel like you spoke my truth and my heart has never felt so called to this direction. For me, my biggest fear is I guess of the unknown. My biggest struggle rn is nutrition, diet, finding what works for my body, healing and truly becoming my highest self. Its SO frightening to think of going against old habits and try giving myself to my inner voice; like you she is pretty quiet & I often find myself thinking 'one day that will be me'. I get so syked up in this moment but then the dreaded fear comes in and I back down. Thank you Sami for being my light on my journey. You know doubt have helped me make some big moves so THANK YOU. If your ever able to share more videos around nutrition, exercise, and just truly doing whats best for you Id very much appreciate it. All my love xx

Hi my girl! So they do recommend 3 sessions for aviclear when starting out, so it might be cutting it close for your wedding, but I would ask your doctor for sure!! It absolutely helped me babe plus figuring out more of the root causes and facials!
