Because of all of the hormones in store bought food, most men act more like women and women act like men. It's a rare thing to see real men any more, but we got 'em in Alaska. Once you get out of Anchorage anyway.

@aFishTheCompNerd 3 жыл бұрын
@@ddawgy I'm pretty positive it does kill the fish which is what you would want to "humanley" kill. I'm certainly not a fishing expert or even hobbyist for that matter but I was curious about this myself so I did a little digging. From everything I've learned that bonk on the head does kill them rather than only knocking them out. Things were a tad confusing at first because I've heard a lot of popular fishing youtubers like ace videos describe it as "knocking them out".
@Fourfingerssixtoes
@Fourfingerssixtoes 3 жыл бұрын
@Dylan Myers If done properly with suitable tools like in this case, yes. Otherwise there's nothing keeping you from going in for another bonk or two if you think the fish is just stunned. Personally I bonk a couple times and then stab the brain and twist the knife just to make sure. Make sure it's completely out if you intend to be humane about bleeding it.

I think I have fishing luck. When I was young, I went fishing with a stick, paper clip, and a worm. I caught a bunch of tiny fish; I don’t know what they were, but they were mine. I took them home and put them in my drawer where they sat, until my mom found them and tossed them out. I would still have them if she hadn’t done that. This guy Robert, he has fishing luck. He gets the perfect catch every time and you can’t fake that. He can’t pay the fish. I’ve also watched him get his rear end handed to him while fishing so, he’s not faking it. It’s fishing luck. I’m totally addicted to this channel and beautiful family.

Thanks for sharing your fishing and your happiness! The eyes of that fish are very tasty if cooked with the fish. The roe sack is a bliss to eat, boiled and then seared in butter, or smoked but without the pre-boiling

DMFD Love your videos and your family. I've never seen a yellow eyed rock fish. Your videos have helped me through a very tough time with the pandemic and loss of my Gatornational buddy my Dad. However, I have a bit of a beef with BlueGabe. I USED to be able to say Puerto Rico forwards, backwards and sideways. It would slide off the tongue like beautiful music. Now, I can't say Puerto Rico or pandemic correctly. Which word is next? Obviously, this is just for fun, but I'm serious about not being able to say Puerto Rico now. I'm working on it. It's getting better. Cya, Peace!

This was highly entertaining to watch. I grew up fishing on all bodies of water. My dad would wake me up at 4am and travel about 45 minutes to LaJolla shores to get on a boat, and spend the whole day Grilling, drinking, and catching fish with like 4 or five other people. This brought back amazing memories. Subscribed💯
