Try to make the Netherlands or Denmark the ruler of the northern sea! A.K.A. conquering every country that's bordering the northern sea. You can use the road to 56 mod and the only faction allowed is the comintern. Good luck!

Next challenge: Kaiserreich. Play as the United States. When Civil War broke out, switch to Hawaii. Restore the Monarch and unite the Pacific Rim. You can use increased non-core manpower and player-lead peace conferences only. No factions.

World wars happen when they start calling in allies which causes world tension. Then those allies start calling in their allies. Which causes more world tension. Then those allies that were called by allies that were called by allies call in their allies. Etc

That was a fantastic show of skill an luck there. I was worried for a min that it would take too long, but then you made that alliance to take pressure off your own front and was able to start encircling their troops while also advancing a few others to main victory points. That was pretty damn competent well done!

you start out with a stronger army than Germany, so if you go to war when they remilitarize the Rhineland, just deny it and it’s easy

Then you can help me. I tried the same as Alex did, but I fail to establish the Entente and cant break through german defences. Most of the time they break through though I have way more divisions

There actually was a decisive moment during the early days of the war, where the french decided to hunker down behind their defenses rather than send their tanks across the rhine. During this time the Germans had literally all of their mechanized units facing the poles. So what could have been?

Hey Alex i am rather new to the channel and been having a blast. I think you should definitely continue this one. Maybe ally with or gobble spain and Portugal as well as the rest of Europe and just launch a massive naval attack on the Americas some paratroopers and you have yourself quite a theatre of war. Then just gobble the whole world.anyway thanks a lot and keep up the good work, cheers.

The problem is that you cant go communist or facist after forming the little entente unless you get quite lucky and turn into the french comme. The only other wars you would encounter is when the ussr demands poland and you fight ussr but after that will be kinda boring. Wt will never reach 100 and you would never be able to justify

Play as Great Britain, but you can only use paratroopers offensively. All other Units must not attack unless they are retaking lost Allied teritorry.

I had a similar start against Germany. I also had the British back me in revoking the remilization but I quit the Allies to form the l'entete with Czech. The remilization being revoked means Germany never builds forts in the Rhineland during the German Westwall focus and it leaves a clear path for the French army's superior long-term planning to target. I got into the war when Czech is attacked, and rolled up the German western front and rode into Berlin in under 3 months.

Top tip, assign your tanks to a separate army so you can have them concentrated and doing what they do best, while your infantry are in another and just attack forward.

Your biggest problem with warfare is you don't micro enough. Right after you push a division back, immediately push them back again while they have no morale. Shift-clicking is really good for this. Every hour you waste not giving orders is an hour of morale the enemy regains. Also, when they're trying to reinforce a hurt province, attack the province just before the reinforcements to keep the troops there defending while you continue the attack. It'll cost some manpower, but you'll win the province.

"Chechnya will be taken within a month with only 2 paratroopers divisions" sadly it wasnt like that, many soldiers was killed. Probably the one who said that was played HoI4 for too much (paratroopers exploit ikr)

Defeat Spain as Portugal BUT stay non-aligned . Play in Vanilla . You may not join any factions but you can create your own . If the challenge is too short you can do whatever you want but you MUST stay non-aligned.

Hello Alex! Challenge: Try to play with Romania, and refuse to give Besserabia to Soviets, and don't join any alliance. Try to hold the Soviets as much as you can.

Restoration of Spanish Empire Challenge Play as Spain, you can't join any factions, however, you can make one and use Road to 56 mod. Conquer Benelux, Italy and all of the South America and Mexico

New challenge: Play as the United States and conquer the 4 Japanese Islands. However, you cannot assault any other territory owned by Japan. You can defend your territories. Road to 56 mod enabled if you want.

Here's a challenge for you Alex - take over a released Wales and attempt to unify the Celtic world under one banner. So Scotland, Ireland (Republic & Northern), Isle of Man, Cornwall & Brittany, but also Galician Spain, Argentine Patagonia (there's a Welsh speaking community there) and the Canadian states of Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island & Newfoundland (where Irish & Scots Gaelic are spoken). You can use any mod to help you and you can join a faction. Good luck!

Play as Saudi Arabia and unite all of Africa and the middle east including turkey and Iran under your rule by the end of the game, Which ideology you follow is your decision but you can not join a faction, You can use any mods you wish.
