Defence lawyer: 'Longwe Twala killed Senzo Meyiwa'

The defence lawyer for accused No.1 in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial
earlier stated that Longwe Twala is the man who killed Senzo Meyiwa.
Adv. Thulani Mngomezulu, for Muzi Sibiya, was arguing from notes of
the infamous second docket - 375.
Twala was among the seven adults in Kelly Khumalo's mother's home in
Vosloorus when the soccer star was shot on the Sunday evening of 26
October 2014.
Adv. Mngomezulu put this version to state witness and investigating
officer in the Meyiwa murder, Sgt Batho Mogola.

THIS IS A SITUATION SIMILAR TO THE TRIAL-WITHIN-A TRIAL, FOR WHICH PREDICTED THAT THE DEFENCE WOULD LOSE, UNLESS IF PROVIDED EVIDENCES THE ACCUSED WAS ABUSED AND FORCED TO SIGN THE CONFESSION. THEREFORE, THIS CURRENT SITUATION IS AN ACCUSATION FROM THE DEFENCE, SAYING THAT THE POLICE WAS HIDING SOMETHING AND THE DEFENCE LAWYER HAS EVIDENCES AND WITNESSES. IN COURT, WHOREVER COMES WITH ACCUSATION HAS TO PROVE.

@@SThira0414 I AGREE THAT THE DEFENCE IS ALSO WEAK, IN MY VIEW, BUT THE DEFENCE IS EVEN WORSE. DON'T BE SURPRISE IF THE JUDGE SENDS HOME ACCUSED #3 AND 4. # 2 WILL DEFINITELY GUILTY AS THE BALLISTIC REPORT CONFIRMS THAT THE BULLET FOUND IN THE SENZO'S BOSY WAS FIRED FROM THE GUN IN HIS POSSESSION WHEN HE WAS ARRESTED. WE ALL HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO HEAR THE BALLISTIC EXPERT MAKING HIS TESTIMONY FOR WHICH THERE WAS NO CONTEXT BY THE DEFENCE. DO YOU REMEMBER IT?
