He visto ciento de videos, con explicaciones super técnicas y con ejemplos de profesionales, y este es el video más simple y mejor explicado que he visto. Entre que el entrenador lo explica super fácil y la chica lo ejecuta con técnica muy límpia hace que el resultado sea grande.

Very interesring vision on the corners. Most of coaches usually teach to make decision to rotate or not depending on the ball landing spot but here you also decide depending on its speed and always half prepared to rotate. It also helps to avoid not reaching the balls when you misjudge the balls which are coming exactly to the glass corner line. A question, does it work the same for the left handed player there? Thanks!

Genial explicación. La alumna tiene un problema que tendrá que corregir o será muy limitante en el futuro. cuando golpea las derechas apenas hay tensión en el antebrazo y la punta de la pala tiende a caer por eso mete muñeca cuando golpea hacia delante. Y el brazo izquierdo lo tiene de adorno, así que cuando necesita velocidad todavía empeora aún más lo de meter muñeca. PD: He visto un video suyo de voleas y bandejas y ya le es limitante el tema de la tensión en el antebrazo y la gestión del brazo izquierdo

Cuando voy apurado la toco un poquito solo y se va al cristal, las próximas veces que vaya apurado iré con la canasta jajaja. Encima, si el globo se queda corto da igual porque la bola va al revés del revés xD

That is not the way I was taught, I tried 3 different coaches and no one taught me that. I was told to read the ball early and to either do an MJ towards the center to catch side back to only do counterclockwise turns in case of the ball passing by my left leg and then following the ball for a forehand spin. I was not taught to go backhand turns but to small step backwards to find a side back. Why is that? I like your teaching style by the way

I am thinking if somebody hits a left handed vibora to the side glass. It can be fast ball but it makes no sense to rotate the body because after the side glass and back glass it will come back to the side glass again due to the nature if its spin. Also if to stay there and wait your body will be on the way of the ball when it will be coming back.

You are right, but you have to look at the girl's level. I'm sure that she is not playing against people with good viboras, so I think it's better to learn the "standard" rebound first

Quizás por falta de mundo... en Sudamérica solo en argentina se le llama pala, en el resto raqueta, en Brasil escoba de bruja, en Bélgica y Holanda se traduce como "paleta"... y canastar o canastear es el gesto básico y de apresto para deportes con raqueta... y si el creador le llamaba RAQUET... fin del asunto...

Amigo, yo creo sin ofrnderte, ojo no lo hago por afan de ofender, pero la forma en que entrenas es mala tu metodo es malo, la pobre chica no sabe ni como meter la pala, falta de tecnica. Los conceptos no estam bien.
