Judge Bryant wisely just ordered an in person hearing. Why issue a warrant when our police officers have so much to do during this subzero weather spell? A mental health evaluation plus an in person hearing was an excellent ruling. Respect to the judge.

That litigant is NOT going to be showing up in court till they drag her in, in handcuffs. It never ceases to amaze me when litigants don't understand how privileged they are to be able to do Zoom court from the comfort of their homes. They know what the etiquette is for appearing in court via Zoom, yet they'll be dressed in their jammies, eating, smoking, taking a sloppy dump, having a conversation with other people in the room with them..... And why does it always seem like the litigants who are appearing for traffic violations, and have no license, no registration, and no insurance are sitting behind the wheel of a car?! And even some of them driving down the road while in court!!

It’s funny because she’s steady going off while she’s on mute. At the same time sad because you can’t reason with someone like that. At the moment the attorney heard he was allowed to withdraw, he reached way back into his brain and kept from doing a HAIL YEAH! that he wouldn't have to deal with this "person". I commend this attorney for having the control to not break out into a happy dance :)

Not me I wouldn't mess with that woman... She's a fire breather if you even give her a hint of "messing around," you're gonna find out... And it's not going to be pleasant.. I've seen some people complaining that judge Bryant takes too much time to scold people or to put people in their places. And she just goes on and on and on.... The reason she does. That is because, unlike the other judges that allow people to just walk all over the court process. She's not gonna let that happen. And I love the way she does it. I wish every other judge could take a note or two from this amazing lady. Zoom is not meant to be, court light.... It's meant to be like you are literally sitting in the court room. So how would you act if you were sitting on the bench in front of the judge? You wouldn't be slamming your hands up-and-down. You wouldn't be cursing you wouldn't be yelling over top of people. You would be well behaved because they can lock you up for contempt...

Ms. Yearrall looks disturbed and crying. She definitely swore at the Judge, I can read lips pretty well also. She is rude beyond belief. In bed, in pajamas and hair undone. She is a real piece of work. Deserves to have to defend herself period.😡She is scary and definitely needs a mental eval.

I also loved the judge in Texas about a year ago who had the same situation with two people... he looked at both of them and said, "Who is your lawyer going to be.. ???" both of them did the same thing as this woman.. he just said, "It's not an option... I gave you counsel and you don't like it, so find your own.." and he went forward with the next case.

She doesn't need to repeat that. She is allowing you to talk after. She just took 2 minutes to explain how you need to behave when she takes you off mute, so you can say what you need to say so that doesn't require you. After she says all right, go ahead and talk to then. Ask if you can talk again. Because that's being sarcastic and rude, just like she just said you aren't allowed to do. You heard her say you can talk. So you don't need to ask "so can I talk now?" in a pissy tone
