Judge absolutely correct with last case. Jail would do nothing for defendant's children or him. He would love to just sit around and do nothing. He was so annoyed he has to submit 30 job applications a week.

I heard his big sigh when judge said 30 job applications per week. 😂 That’s going to be more work for him than he has done all year. I bet we see him again for failure to follow bond conditions.

First guy: 1) what is your medical prowess to discredit the ECG? 2) if your appendix had burst I don't think you'd be standing right now, I refer back to first point and medical prowess 3) if they 'pointlessly' pepper sprayed you as you say then why are there two officers there rather than the none or maybe one? 4) be very careful what you say. The judge would be well within her rights, for your own protection, to take you from jail/prison to a secure psychiatric facility for an undetermined time to assess your ability to return to jail/prison. Have you never seen 'one flew over the cuckoo's nest?'

Louisiana? I'm from the country outside of Natchitoches. I was in the Navy in 1959 when a long distance call involved operators. I told the operator I wanted to call Natchitoches and I would have an operator from Natchez come on the line or the operator just had no idea of what operator to ask for. The days before direct dialing. Any long distance call involved operators and an unusual name like Natchitoches just created a confusing mess.

I looked up the case for the last defendant Charles Snell, and his charge is "Original Charge TELECOMMUNICATIONS-HARASSING OR INDECENT TX CALLS (W25-34)" whic is presumably the perosn he was told not to contact. He's a lazy, deadbeat dad, but even so, his not paying CS is a different matter entirely from the phone harassment charges, and is not before this Judge. Her intensive grilling him on his employment prospects seems to be a bit arbitrary, and not germane to the harassment charge. As a technical question, how does the Judge have the power to compel him to do a job search as a condition of his release on a harassment charge.

Ahhaha! 30 job applications a week! (Serves him right, in my opinion). You don't sit around waiting for the job you want to fall in your lap, you get your arse out there and work any job you can, even multiple part-time jobs, if you have to. He has children to support, ffs. And why do so many of these deadbeat dads think that trying for full or majority custody is a good idea? I mean, it's usually more expensive to raise a child than it is to pay support for them. And he has little chance of being taken seriously in a custody battle when he doesn't even have a stable income! (Sorry, got on a bit a rant, there).

@@heathernemanic1062 just because you committed a crime doesn't mean you should die or have your health put at risk.. 95% of the time, inmates fake medical situations to get out of jail even for a few hours but their has also been numerous cases where inmates have died because officers refused to get them medical care. not too long ago a lady died in custody due to a stroke cause the officers refused her medical care after she made numerous complaints that something was wrong and she was showing physical signs of having a stroke. she did not deserve to die! everyone makes mistakes at some point in their lives, that doesn't mean they aren't human and deserve to get treated like trash.

As if he’s going to just say, I just don’t feel like it. I honestly believe she does know Jennifer. She gave him a $7500/at 10%, so $750 bond for what? To “protect” the public as she puts it.
