How do you accidentally have that happen...you know you're logged into and you have to accept to go into the room and ask to get into the court room? So if you're in the middle of hittin'it and you've asked to be accepted into the courtroom and on wait till you're accepted into the court room so why would you start screwing while you're waiting.. I bet that attorney has to go before the judge and the court and apologize and they maybe able to suspend his licenses to practice or so long or permanently couldn't they? If not they will laugh him outta coming into any of those courts in that area..can they do that over that ?

@@heatherking8689 it wasnt a real attorney. its a zoom bomber disguising themselves as attorneys and litigants to get accepted into the meeting. then they post porn content. we can not post the uncensored version because KZfaq will terminate my Channel with no warnings. they are very strict about stuff like that. the only editing I did to the original footage was covering up the "act" and the noises. the judge immediately kicked them out so they were only on for a few seconds.

The entitlement! The court has made it easy for them to go to court via zoom( which I totally disagree with) , as a result they don't appear as if in court. In their cars, walking around, etc. And of course the constant and. disrespect of the court with the interrupting. So disgusted. My favorite is I can't come in, no transportation or like the guy earlier always sick, so he doesn't get with warrants.

He got locked up, woke up dizzy, daughter got a C-section, his car and his poor dog both got impounded, all that's missing now is that his house rolled down the gulch and he's got himself a hit right there, but what do I know, I hate country music. That volunteer lady is insane. When I was assigned by a court to do community service, I had to find it myself...and just get it approved. They are not going to hand it to her, lol. They may offer ideas but she has to set it up

Well back in 2002 I got community service in Allen Park (which is close to Wyandotte) for a low grade infraction. They did in fact have their own community service. 5 Saturdays, 10 hours those Saturdays we cleaned up parks, old people’s yards and streets mostly in Allen Park (very little in Melvindale which shares the District Court with Allen Park) so some courts do in fact have a de facto Community Service Department.

its not the real attorney. the zoom porn bomber has been disguising himself under the attorneys and litigants names to gain access into zoom.. its actually been going on for a while, this time it just happened when I was recording a case. the feds are investigating and hoping to catch the person doing this.

It’s unbelievable to me that the sentences always get suspended and the punishment is always so light. What is the detriment for committing crimes ? Nobody seems afraid of the courts or the judges. In fact they mostly seem defiant and disrespectful. Makes no sense to me.

Detriment or deterrence? Either way, a deferred sentence isn’t easy as easy as you think especially for habitual offenders.

@@LyricalTamponbecause the criminals know that they won't spend a day in prison, there are no consequences for these deferred sentences if they get caught again, they just get another deferred sentence, and another one, and another, until they eventually get killed committing a crime and then their families scream "police brutality" and win billions.

@@Hunee- I don’t think it’s as easy as it seems but it’s a lot easier than being locked up for 10 years etc. I just don’t think these criminals are afraid of the justice system anymore. Seems like second nature to them to know how to work the system. I may be wrong. Just my opinion.

Feels sorry for the person that commits the crime but not for a minute the victim. The judges and prosecutors we have are the ones who have created more and more crimals out there in the world because they aren't hard on crimes or crimals.

@@dellahicks7231 this court has been converting to computers so im hoping once thats done, it will eliminate most of the background noise which is usually the shuffling papers. I dont think the audio will ever be perfect as it's never great with any court. judge stevens, judge simpson has audios issues when its not on zoom, judge boyd has issues with background noise, judge Washington has issues when its not on zoom, even judge Middleton has audio issues. unfortunately, its just how it is with real life court. yes, judge disantos court has prolly the worst audio but her court is definitely not the only court with audio issues. now, I can reduce the background noise through my editing software but I will never be able to eliminate it.

The probation is suppose to try and rehabilitate the offender. They usually have them do certain programs depending on the situation. It’s not as easy as you think. If you have a decent probation officer they will hold you accountable. And if you don’t, off to jail you go

I didn't catch what Mr Smith's charge was..can someone tell me pls? He definitely sounds as if he needs mental health help. As I was listening to him I wondered if perhaps he might be experiencing dementia episodes. He was very respectful. I loved that Judge DiSantos was so kind to him.

Ms. McDuffie needs to be a judge. This judge is TOO tolerant and ends up having defendants coming back for violations because she doesn’t follow the prosecutors recommendations. There are So many lazy prosecutors out there and only want to give slaps on the wrist, only to have the offenders return. Ms. McDuffie IS NOT one of them. People aren’t going to take court orders seriously if they are continually being let slide for offenses and are allowed to be disrespectful to the judge and the prosecutor while court is in session.

And she has another case I guess it has something to do with maybe driving without proper insurance or license…but she’s talking about starting a job that day? Maybe she’s walking or has another ride. And don’t blame it on your attorney for you not understanding something…you tell them you don’t & ask them to explain…that’s on you…& I imagine that attorneys do ask if their clients have any questions. They can also multitask. Sounds like she’s just blaming someone else for her actions. It’s like with law enforcement…they stop someone from driving erratically & person reeks of alcohol then the officer gets blamed by the driver & a lot of times driver’s family…”why are you doing this to her/him?” The person did it to themselves. If you feel the officer has done something wrong then handle it like a grownup.

PD Lebow should plead not guilty for his client and make the state prove her crime. He is just sitting there not fighting for her, encouraging her to plead no contest (guilty) so, she'll possibly still be punished way more than she deserves.

The first guy is the perfect example of how the states are letting people that need to be institutionalized mentally, but close down the facilities and unleash these people on the public to deal with them. This man should be in a mental hospital. Yet the only time they deal with people like this is after they’ve committed a crime, or they’ve harmed the unsuspecting public.

Yes. Thanks, Reagan. He shut down the mental institutions rather than dealing with necessary reform of the hospitals. I really wish the government would open up Mental hospitals again. It would help with the homeless problem and the courts.

@@moonprincessRN Exactly! It happened over the whole nation. It was simultaneously done with changes in healthcare policies that affected poor families and an influx of drugs and guns into those communities. The parents were either incarcerated, hospitalized or died. Or many were left struggling or abusive to their families. Which in turn left the nation with the sick, violent, drug addicted children that are now adults. We all know how that’s going don’t we?

@valwienhold Some individuals do not comprehend that it has to do with intent. Your intention as you stated was not meant to offend, most often the word is meant as one of endearment. Where I live in Canada, we have a high First Nations population, and they use the term "My girl" or "My boy" our son is 24, and our neighbor still calls him "My boy". I could be offended or territorial of our son, but I understand her intent. It is always meant as a term of endearment. It's lovely to see that we still have people that are not offended at the drop of a hat!
