This series will cover the essentials of Defensive BFM that you need to survive a dogfight in DCS World. By the end of this video you will understand the principles of DBFM and the series will explain how to apply them. This presentation will also cover some of the rules of thumb that will allow you to reduce your thinking time.

This has been such a valuable series for me. I'd played DCS for years but always avoided bfm because it just seemed too daunting. Now I look for bfm online, I'm pretty decent! I'd say about a 50/50 KD which is muuuuuch higher than what it used to be.

I believe he was using the CV one from oculus with his older videos. And the last maybe six videos with the DCS dBrief have been with the quest 2

Because sometimes you need to get home. Ditching the fuel the moment you’re engaged might not be an option, so I train to be able to fight the aircraft with a tank on.
