Nice. Every time I want to work on something, I show my instructor your videos and we do the same drills. No telling how much better I've gotten from watching you work and then emulating these techniques and then bringing them into games. These videos just fantastic for D men, keep making them!

How you cross over like that? My hips so wide and legs so short I can’t even get foot over other foot.

What you are seeing is actually more of a cross under rather than a cross over. The crossing (front) leg barely moves across the centerline of your body. Back leg takes a larger stride on the outside edge. Look up "train 2.0" on KZfaq.
