The current CEO, Paul Ratcliffe, took up his position in February 2024 and we caught up with him to hear about how he plans to tackle this latest bad news, along with other systemic issues at the organisation.

Step 1. Identify who was responsible for 'losing' £625K. Step 2. Sack them for incompetence.
