Keep up the amazing work. What you do here is a Godsend to those like myself that suffer from PTSD. As a Veteran, life can be a bit much to handle properly and we find ourselves falling into an endless spire of depression. It's people like you who help us climb out of that hole. My favorite trigger is inaudible whisper so this video… WOW!! You’ve got to do more videos where you whisper trough the whole thing like this one, it’s AMAZING!! my favorite from you so far, keep up the good work🙏🏻

I'm a paramedic and the stuff I see out in the ambulances in the UK like I did today - the images are left burned and it's hard to get over sometimes. However I find if I listen to you, I concentrate on the tingles and to be fair you are very handsome too. It helps me to focus and remember the good in people. Thank you, Adi. ❤❤
