Green Chilies 6-7 big size
Boiled Chicken 1 kg
Yakhni 1.75ltrs
Black Pepper Corns 1tbs
Cumin 1 tbs
Cinnamon 2inches
Cardamom 5
Black Cardamom 3
Nutmeg 1
Star Anise 2
Bay Leaves 3
Cloves 6
Salt 2tbs (adjust as per your taste)
Ajinomot 1tsp
Brown Fried Onion 4 tbs
