Mutton 1.5kg
Mutton/ Beef fat 100gms
Water 2.5ltrs
Boil until tender
Ghee/Oil 1.5cups
Ginger Garlic Paste 2tbs
Lemon slices of 1 lemon
Tamarind 50gms
Tomato Slices of 2 Tomatoes
Green Chili Paste 4tbs
Boiled Meat
Yoghurt 5tbs
Masala-
Salt 2.5 to 3tbs
Red Chili Flakes 1tbs
Biryani Masala 1tbs
Cumin Powder 1tbs
Coriander Powder 1tbs
Garam Masala 1/4tbs
China Salt 1tbs
Dried Plum 10pcs
Bay Leaves 2
Mint Leaves handful
Water 3.5ltrs
Rice Soaked 1.5kg
Green Chilies Whole 3
Mint Leaves 10

Assalamualeikum, I cooked this pulao today and even though it was a spontaneous decision and I couldn’t follow the recipe ingredients as is for example: I didn’t have the fat element from mutton and tamarind but the pulao still turned out to be absolutely breathtakingly delicious ! I am so impressed with your cooking skills and recipe . Everytime I want to cook something super nice I make sure to look it up on Kun foods .
