They were nice enough to want to look after him after his tragedy, but he took advantage of them, lied, disobeyed them, worried them, etc. He was also about 17 when they kicked him out, so it wasn't like he was a young kid.And for the record they did take him back, only for him to end up in jail a year later.

@@MatthewNY94 Still nothing makes it right for you to disown your kids or grandkids for that matter. You should always love your kids and/or grandkids no matter what they do and also I'm glad Manny and her parents finally made up. And besides, you don't always have to support the choices the people in your family make but please, don't quit on them or stop loving them for their choices. If your child or grandchild is doing something you don't believe is right, be honest about how you feel but assure them that you still love them and will always be there for them no matter what. If I was married and had children and grandchildren and they did things my wife and I disapproved of and have disappointed us many times, we would never be like Wheels' grandma, Manny's parents, Zig's parents, Zoe's mom, Snake's parents or Tim's dad and say, "You are dead to us." or "You are no longer our child and/or grandchild." or "You can't ever come home." Instead, we would always say, "What you are doing is wrong and we are very disappointed in you right now. But we still love you. That will never change. We can't say what you're doing is right and we won't always be proud of you but no matter what you do, we will always love you and you don't ever have to be scared to come to us for help."
