Ha ha ha now ask the lawyer how much can I get? The lawyer fee is usually 45-55%. Now if the person at fault has minimum coverage, chances are, they also have no assets. A lawyer will not even take the case. Record everything. GEICO plays this game of DDD. Soon I will post all the recorded contacts, bodycam of the in-person ones with documentation of how they manipulate things like you have no "Underinsured motorist coverage" I have the document they sent trying to get me to walk away. True because Georgia does not call it that. however I have coverage in Georgia meaning the same thing but called "Uninsured Motorist Coverage Reduced" ...Then they lowballed an offer for my truck......hey Ill post it when we finish...most all of you will need a lawyer...best to have one than not but lawyers are driven by the same thing that drives insurance companies...MONEY...
