If there are high surface finish requirements when edge bending/press brake, the Swedish product Tribotextil™ can be applied in the bending/pressing tool and mechanically protect the sheet metal from scratches and other damages. Tribotextil™ is an extremely thin and very strong textile that in this process replaces lubricants in the tool.

Hi can you tell me how you switch off this software mean is there any button you have to press I used to work on Rico I line cybelec and it does shout down the system by pressing button I don't see that on delem software

Hello, help machine DELEM DA -66T how to make 3 bends in 1 program to bend 3 sides? I have to enter each bend separately, I make a connection, select the desired program, a chain appears in the upper left corner, when I make the first bend, the chain disappears, I need 1 the bend the stops were 600mm and the second bend so that z2 moves off at a distance of 1000mm

How to program angle if machine dont work under 20tons and i need onley 3?

The press can work at 100T but require only 1T, you just need to open the angle a bit in the corrections so she doesn't overbend it and you'll be good to go

It can be set up several ways by the Manufacture - but most commonly use Adjust mode - Press Pedal - use hand wheel to bring Y axis to desired position

Not that I know of. But its easy enough to use a USB stick to do weekly back ups of tooling and products. And easy to restore from a USB.

This man has no idea what he's doing from 6:55 onwards. Product is not ready as machine won't let you to make any bend once it's highlighted red. Of course the video must go on so he's pressing random buttons just to do something. I'd say this man unfortunately haven't done he's homework at all before recording this video. I am using this machine every day and I'm impressed with it's potential. I am still learning though. I've been working on amada, promecam, Edward Pearson but non of the above was a cnc one so completely different shelv yet must say working on an old school brake press gives you a lot more understanding what you are doing before going to use sophisticated software based machines like this one. Well impressed with it.
