Playing as a new Light can teach you a lot in Crucible
Players think that they have to have the "God Roll" in order to be competitive, but from someone who understands off meta better than anyone, you can learn a lot and have a lot of fun giving up your Rose or your BxR to focus on the basics of your Hunter, Warlock, or Titan.

Anyone can reach ascendant because its SBMM. You can be a total bot and given enough time you will reach ascendant

This reminds me of the learning experience of first starting pvp in destiny. Even with better gear I didn’t have the same fundamental knowledge that you have that would’ve made playing crucible way more enticing in the beginning

#ChipolteIsMyLife Also, I just wanna say, your videos got me into playing destiny. I love competitive games and other games that involve leveling and increasing your stats. Then your Warlock pvp series convinced me to download and play it. I played Destiny 1 way way back when I didn't know how 1 + 1 worked (not really, but I was quite young and just liked shooting things in the game on my brother's account), and now I would like to thank you for getting me into my new favorite game that I have over 125 hours in within around 2 weeks... don't judge me... Also, if it wasn't for your Warlock pvp in general, I would not have gotten into using Blink with AV on my Warlock.

i dont know if you already know this, but Blade Barrage has stronger tracking and tighter spread if you have backward momentum when barraging a target. it helps me a ton in pvp

This series has been really fun, and helpful for me since I tend to solo. However, there are certainly lessons that apply to when I am playing with other people and I have comms. Also I have been a long time Chipotle fan so that $25 card would make me happy.

As a person who runs tier 1 recovery, I don't mind the speed of regen. What I do care about is living through a fight to give myself the time to regen. Which means resilience is key. Mobility for movement buffs, and intellect to get early super for basically free round wins. Abilities should be seen as an extra tho, you're never gonna always have a grenade. But you'll always have your weapon.

Bro i love this series. For a long time before i had watched too many of your vids, i thought you were some average destiny enjoyer who liked doing silly stuff and using off meta gear. This series proves that you are also extremely good at the game and can still preform with bad gear. I cant play like that at all lmao. I suck when i have bad gear, and i have 1000+ hours in destiny. Its a nice change to see somebody trying to get better at the game itself, instead of just playing well due to having all the best weapons. Super refreshing.
