If you love spicy food then ask him to make spicy chhole, or else it's quite bland. I eat once or twice at their stall. Kulchhe are awesome.

This place is very close to Infiniti Mall in Malad off Link Road. Take a left just before the mall and you'll reach the stall after a couple of minutes drive.

I remember some of filipinos in my place called indians "bumbay/bumbai" and when I was a child I don't really know what bumbay or bumbai means. So I thought maybe bcoz of mumbai city but as I watch some of ind street foods I saw a loooottt of onions there, and yea we call onions "bumbai" here. Indians love onions, y'all bumbai ♡

Lemon juice should not be cooked instead can be added after taken out from heat

@@jonathan9951 read the recipes of south india tamrind is used at the end and non cooked since it inhibits the cooking of vegetables, also in chutneys its used raw no recipes say to cook tamrind since its destroys its nutrient value only same goes for lemon juice, kokam, orange juice, etc.

look at 4:19, he took the ladle from the soup pot and soaked the handle into the soup, then moved it out and used it. WTF is this for? does he want the food to carry his hand's dirt?

The more you watch of these Indian cooking videos, the more you understand that Indians are not concerned with hygiene. The use their bare hands to touch ingredients and eat with their hands. The also use the ground as a trash can. I think the cook dipped the ladle handle into the soup to clean the handle from any bacteria and food residue that was on it.
