Jammu Khatta meat doesn’t use walnuts, ambchoor & tomatoes. It’s a very simple recipe & the only distinct ingredient is ‘Anardana (a special type of small & very sour wild variety of pomegranate- locally known as Dalooni in Dogri. This type of a anardana is not found anywhere else locally)
