Delicious Crispy Fried Chicken Strips (Tenders)

Fried chicken strips or chicken tenders is one of my favorite liming foods or "cutters". I love a homestyle, well seasoned fried chicken, preferably boneless for ease of eating and enjoyed with a mixture of soy sauce, ketchup and pepper. Wash that down with a cold beer? Perfection!

Thank you for showing the dredging. I’m always so conservative with the amount of flower I’m using that it gets frustrating. Seeing you use so much and doing it easily is encouraging.

No waiting necessary. As soon as your batch is complete and the oil comes back up to temp

Irie. 👍 Tnks dearie. For the flour part, I'll take short cut & put the flour in a bag or bowl & shake a few pcs of chicken at a time tho. 😁 I usually do that with my fish coz... patients/patience is for doctors. 😂😂😂🙈
