This flourless cookie recipe is simply delicious. Cookies 2 diet ingredients (I don't count water as 1 ingredient). No sugar (dates are naturally sweet), no eggs, no butter. Recipes with oatmeal and dates. Oat flakes (which I take without gluten) facilitate intestinal transit. They are recommended when you pay attention to your weight.
