This time I want to share with you a recipe for home-made, quick and very delicious custard. There is nothing complicated in its preparation. Such a cream is perfect for a layer of Napoleon, honey cake, biscuit and waffle cakes, and of course filling eclairs.
Ingredients:
Flour - 3 tbsp. l
Milk - 500 ml.
Butter - 100 gr.
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Sugar - 170 gr.
Vanillin - 1 pinch
