Ingredients:
- Oatmeal - 110 gr
- Milk - 70 gr
- Egg - 1 pc
- Vanillin - 1 tsp
- Peeled apples - 1 large or 2 medium apples
Recipe:
1. In a large bowl, mix oatmeal, milk, egg and vanillin until a smooth dough forms.
2. Grate the apples coarsely and add them to the batter, mix well.
3. Form cookies from the dough from the resulting mass and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes, until the cookies are golden.
