RECIPE:
3 PLANTAINS
MINCED BEEF SAUCE
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
Half an onion
3 scallions
3 garlic cloves
400g minced beef
Homemade stew or 300g pasta sauce
SPICES
1 teaspoon curry
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or mixed herbs
1 crushed chicken cube
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
3 eggs
Mozzarella cheese
Chopped parsley
Bake for 15mins at 150°C
