I was watching this video when my husband came up and asked what I was watching. When I showed him the video he said "that looks really good". Hi, I live in the UK now (although originally from North Carolina) and I just tried your recipe and yes, I do love it. I did substitute pork for the chicken this time only because I had the pork in my fridge and it needed to be cooked. It came together beautifully and I served it with egg fried rice with a sprinkle of spring onion on top. It will probably be even better tomorrow after the meat rests in that gorgeous sauce overnight. My next attempt might be to try your Korean chicken recipe. I'll let you know how I do. Thanks so much for the recipe and the video with it. I'd never would have been successful without the video to go along with the recipe.

Looks delicious, will definitely give it a try. I am from Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 A dish that is quite popular in my part of Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 is Chicken Balmoral, it consist of a chicken breast stuffed with haggis, wrapped in smoked bacon and served with a whiskey sauce. 👍

I will make this tomorrow. It looks great. It reminds me of a dish my mother-in-law used to make. She called it Korean Style Grilled Chicken. She would prepare a marinade with soy sauce, green onions, garlic, and sesame seeds. Marinade chicken breasts for a couple of hours, then grill the chicken.
