A simple recipe for a very delicious Delicja cake with fruit in jelly.

Ingredients:
SPONGE CAKE
2 large eggs (L)
70g of sugar
50g wheat flour
20g potato starch
pinch of salt
JELLY
2 orange jellies
2 large oranges (or a few tangerines)
Chocolate mousse
200 ml of cream 30%
200g (2 tablets) dark chocolate (50% cocoa)
